It gives immense pleasure to inform you all that we some of our Friends and well wishers have joined together and decided to start an Association with the intention of solving the problems legally, which arises often and to provide support and help to the owners of Paying Guests and Hostels, we started this "Karnataka Paying Guest & Hostel Owners' Welfare Association". Further, it is also requested to give your ideas and guidance to develop this Association and to run systematically in a good manner and also your kind help and Co-operation to convert our Association as a model Association in Karnataka.

1) We would like to inform to you all that we are planning to create a new Co-operative society and we will provide financial help to our members of the Association, such as Personal loans, Educational loans, Vehicle loans, Marriage loans, Gold loans, Business loans, Cash loans, etc.

2) We would like to inform you all , an important and very essential matter that our Hon. Secretary Mr. N. Ashwath Narayan had established a website, by name www.pgguest.com with the intention of giving immediate information about the Paying Guests and Hostels, such as address and other details to those who are coming to Bangalore for studies and jobs from different parts of our country and also from abroad. Here, we are very happy to inform that this website is the very first of its kind in giving the information about the Paying Guests and Hostels in Karnataka and request you all to utilize the benefit of the  same.

3) The other problems of Paying Guests & Hostels are mainly workers problems, such as Warden cum Manager, Supervisor cum In-charge, Cooks, Cleaning boys, Office boys, House keeping staff, etc. During such times, our Association will help by providing the required workers through placement services and solve the problems.

The other services such as Plumbing works, Electrical works, Carpenter works etc, will also be arranged from the Association immediately.

4) Some persons will start this Paying Guests and Hostels, thinking that this is a very easy business and we can earn huge amount. But, actually it is not so. As we know, there are so many examples for this. As per the informations received, some ladies have started this business and within 3-4 months, they came and asked us to dispose the same. Further, they will have to struggle to sell the Cots, Beds, Cup-boards and other items and get back their investments made. During such times, our Association will come forward and help them in selling those items by fixing the correct and reasonable prices.

5) The big problem of Paying Guests and Hostels is that the Guests will vacate the accommodation suddenly without giving any information. During such occasions our Association will help and co-operate in sending the extra guests to the vacant ones, through our website.

6) If any Paying Guest and Hostel is willing to sell Bunker cots, Wooden cots, Furniture and other items and give the information to us, we will arrange for the publicity freely through the website. Thus, it helps the Paying Guests and Hostels to contact the Customers directly for the transactions with them and to get good amount to their satisfaction.
